Ok lets make this delicious Italian sandwich.
We’ll start with large Italian bun bread by slicing it in half. Brush a moderate amount of olive oil on both sides of bread.
Now add the thin sliced Capicola or deli ham, Salami, and Mortadella to bottom half of bun.
Then you add the Mozzarella cheese and the Provolone, next we add the olive salad, start in the middle over the cheese and spread to the sides and apply generously.
Ok your done, just cut bum into quarters, serve and enjoy.
